President, Christopher W. Raber
Chris currently serves as Senior Vice President / Chief Real Estate Officer at The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, where he is responsible for the Bank’s Facilities Department. A graduate of Roger William College with a BA. in Architecture, Chris has 25 years of experience in multiple roles involving building design and construction. Before joining the Bank, he worked in architecture on Cape Cod and in Boston where his experience included development of several affordable housing projects.
Vice President, Sean Donoghue
Sean is the Electrical Inspector for the Town of Wellfleet, MA. He also works as an electrician who specializes in service calls on the Outer Cape. Sean received his BA in Geology and his M.Ed. in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Sean moved to Wellfleet with his family in 2002. Sean’s experience in the building trades has been especially helpful during planning and construction of Cape Cod Village.
Treasurer, Robert MacCready
Bob is a retired CPA who spent 16 years as CFO of two non-profit agencies providing affordable housing, sheltering, and other services to the homeless and low-income community. Previously he was VP-Corporate Controller for a mid-size public manufacturing and distribution company. He has also been active in various community committees. Bob brings his considerable financial and management skills to our Board.
Secretary, Bob Jones
Bob is the co-founder of Cape Cod Village and served 10 years as the first President of the Board from 2011-2021. His youngest son, Alexander, is a young man with severe autism and served as the inspiration for this innovative residential model. Bob holds an MSW degree from Smith College School for Social Work and has spent over 50 years in the mental and behavioral health field as a clinician, training supervisor and administrator. He also served as an elected representative to the Orleans and Nauset Regional School Committee for 17 years and chairman for 5 of those years.

Lauren Jones
Lauren co-founded Cape Cod Village in 2011 and is the mother of a young adult son with autism. She has lived on Cape Cod since 1978 and is a clinical social worker with over 35 years in the field. Lauren has a BA in psychology from the University of Colorado and an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work. In 1986 she co-founded Orleans Psychotherapy Associates and continues to practice psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families. Lauren has dubbed Cape Cod Village “The Little Engine That Could” emphasizing its grit, passion and perseverance.
Mary P. Miller
Mary spent 30 years as a fund-raising executive in Rhode Island, leading the program at the medical school at Brown University and serving as Associate Vice President at Women & Infants Hospital. She founded her own consulting firm in 2002. Mary received her BA from Skidmore College and since her retirement has provided pro bono support to a number of non-profits including Cape Cod Village for a number of years.
Richard Millington
Richard Millington is the father of Ajay Rosenfeld, who is a resident of Unit 5 at Cape Cod Village, and a Professor of English at Smith College. At Smith he teaches American literature and has been deeply involved in the institutional life of the College, both as chair of his department and through service on an array of faculty committees.
Jack Sherman
Jack worked for The Gillette Company in various financial/accounting positions for 22 years. Subsequent business ventures included ownership of two retail organizations. Jack received his B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts. Jack provides significant leadership in the development and implementation of all of our operations.
Ellen Marx Zeyen
Ellen Marx Zeyen currently manages the Volunteer and Community Partnership programs at Cape Abilities. She is retired from the New York State Bar and holds a BA from Wake Forest University, a law degree from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. She practiced international arbitration law in Brussels, Belgium and served on the Board of the International School of Brussels, the Immigrant Women’s Center in Copenhagen, and several other non-profits during her 30+ years in Europe. She and her family moved to the Cape in 2016.

Executive Director, Richard Hoffmann
Richard served as the Superintendent of the Nauset Regional Schools on Cape Cod for six and a half years, retiring in 2015 Prior to that, he was Superintendent of the Ashland, MA Public Schools and the North Attleboro, MA Public Schools. He has 40 years of experience with expertise in special education, finance & budget, and community relations. Richard also served as the interim Executive Director of CDD from 2019-2020. Richard holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from U. Mass. Lowell and a Master’s degree from Boston University.

Program Coordinator, Deirdre Sullivan
Deirdre deer Sullivan joined CCV/CDD as Program Coordinator in Dec. 2023 and is excited to develop meaningful programming for residents and the larger Cape Cod disability community and their families.
Deirdre served as a Counselor/Advocate for Independence House, supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including people with developmental disabilities. She was part of creating and facilitating Healthy Relationship and Body Safety programs and training for local disability service providers, residents and clients.
She worked for 23 years in Unitarian Universalist congregations and brings skills of community building, volunteer recruitment, conflict resolution, mindfulness and program development. She facilitates classes and workshops at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in Yarmouth and other local venues. Deirdre uses a process not product approach to help participants improve mental and physical wellbeing through various creative and mindful exercises and activities.
Deirdre lives in Harwich and spends much of her free time outdoors enjoying the beauty and power of the natural world and pursuing every creative and expressive art she can find.

Program Assistant, Heather Watson
Heather Watson joined CCV/CDD as Program Assistant in Feb. 2024 and will be helping out with programming, social media, and administrative tasks. She is a board-certified music therapist and brings experience from pediatric and psychiatric settings. She enjoys helping people of all ages and abilities through music and believes everyone deserves access to quality care. Heather is excited to address the needs of this community and spread the word about The Center! hwatson@capecodvillage.org
